Radiate Online was formed in early 2020 by five students from Lancaster University. The goal was to form a team of likeminded individuals that would each bring forward a digital based skillset that could be combined to offer something truly valuable to local businesses.
Each of us have worked on an individual basis, whether that be as freelancers or within paid roles. Coming together and forming a team has allowed us to do all things digital - rather than pass our clients onto other businesses that we couldn't ensure would get the job done to our high standards.
Although we're a relatively young company, we have already formed some key core values that we stand wholeheartedly behind. We always put the customer first. If we feel as though we cannot accomplish the result the client is looking for, we will say so and direct the customer elsewhere.
Each project we undertake, we know that we can provide great value and over deliver on what the client is asking for. Not only is this great for our end results but it is also great for our motivation. We know that we are always making a significant impact with the work we do.

Headed by Lloyd Hemment, we're a small team of students out of Lancaster University. Forming in 2020, funnily enough some of us have actually never met but that doesn't stop us coming together to produce great work.
